We've also decided to concrete the following space in order to make the area look much more tidy. The removal of the room is 80% completed and we are planning to get it done during this week. The yard is also a mess with so many parts that I am not sure of what to do with it - most of them are JZX100 car parts, but I guess I'll have to arrange them somehow.
